Software user License Agreement

By downloading and using software from GC Software you agree to the following Software User License Agreement

Thank you for downloading software from GC Software. By installing our software on your system, you agree to the following agreement, along with any future revisions of this agreement.

All software is property of GC Software. It is available for download and use by the general public. All downloaded software is property of GC Software and can not be claimed by anyone as their own software, and therefore receiving credit for the development of the software. 
 
All software is to be used in the way that it was intendended to be used by GC Software. It is not to be used to harm any other person in any way. This includes but is not limited to using software to steal property, using software to harm another persons computer system through any type of malware, spyware, trojan horse or any other type of harmful software, using software in any way that is offensive to any other person, using software to create harmful reputations of other people or GC Software, using software in any way that is illeagal by local, state or federal laws applying to the area in which the software will be being used, or to use software in such a way that it in any way violates anything written in this agreement, or in any additianal agreements which may apply to the individual software that you may download and install on your system. 
 
All GC Software applications are free to be used by any person, regardless of their race, sex, religion and background. The only exception to this is if the software license is revoked from a particular person by GC Software. 
 
Any violation of the Software User Licence Agreement, or any other agreement that may apply to the software being downloaded and installed, results in automatic revoking of the Software Licence Agreement from that user. GC Software may revoke this software licence agreement at any time for any reason at its sole discretion. In the event that the software licence is revoked, the person from which it was revoked looses all permission to use software developed by GC Software. GC Software may update this licence agreement at any time. Any changes in the GC Software agreement will be posted on our website (www.gcsoftware.weebly.com) but will not be sent out to each individual software user. Be sure to check our website regularly for updates to this agreement.
